Machine for cleaning ballast of a track.
The invention relates to a machine for cleaning ballast of a track, with a supported on rail chassis machine frame, a sieve, an overburden conveyor belt and a provided for receiving gravel broaching, which is formed of an endless, guided in chain channels excavation chain, wherein the interconnected chain channels are positioned in a plane inclined to a track plane spatial plane.
By DE 3641917 A1 it is already known to form the bottom surface of the chain channel as a screen surface to improve the cleaning efficiency. However, this additional screening device is ineffective if the gravel to be screened is covered with moist clay.
The object of the present invention is now to provide a machine of the type mentioned, with the improved cleaning performance can be achieved especially in heavily polluted gravel.
This object is achieved with a machine of the generic type by the features listed in the characterizing part of the main claim invention characteristics.
By this combination of features, there is the possibility of a very effective pre-screening of the recorded gravel, so that the screen relieves and thus the cleaning quality is improved. Further advantages of the invention result from the subclaims and the description of the drawing.
In the following the invention will be described with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. 1 shows a simplified side view of a machine for cleaning gravel of a track, FIG. 2 shows an enlarged side view of a chain channel having a bottom opening, and FIG. 3 shows a plan view of said floor opening.
An apparent in Fig. 1 machine 1 for cleaning ballast 2 of a track 3 has a supported on rail chassis 4 machine frame 5. For receiving the ballast 2, a broaching device 6 is provided. This is formed from an endless, guided in chain channels 7 Räumkette 8, wherein the interconnected chain channels 7 are positioned in a plane inclined to a track plane 9 level. The ballast picked up by the clearing device 6 is fed to a screening plant 10. The overburden resulting from the cleaning process is disposed of via an overburden conveyor belt 11. The cleaned gravel 2 is dropped onto the track 3 via a conveyor belt 12.
